  1. Recruit active membership
  2. Featured Articles
    1. Raise the rowing (sport) article to featured status.
      1. Put article through peer review
      2. Fix problems identified by peer review, see here
      3. Get article raised to 'good article status'
      4. Put through another round of peer review,see here
      5. Nominate for featured status
    2. Ditto for Henley Royal Regatta
    3. Ditto for The Boat Race
    4. Ditto for Steve Redgrave
  3. Wikifying
    1. Add {{WikiProject: Rowing}} to the talk pages of all rowing related articles.
    2. Stubs
      1. Tag {{Rowing-stub}} onto all rowing stub articles so we can keep track of them.
      2. Expand all the as much as possible.
  4. Create a priority and assesment system
  5. Rowing Portal
    1. Once we get enough members it would be worth trying to make a rowing portal.
    2. Maintain said rowing portal
