Muhammad Ismael Sela is a Pakistani politician who is currently serving as Provincial Minister for Human Rights and Minorities Affairs of Punjab, in office since April 2024[1], also has been a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since 2024.

He ran the elections for Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, from PP-59 Faisalabad as a candidate of PDA but was unsuccessful he received 25,520 votes and lost the seat to Chaudhary Sher Ali a candidate of IJI received 28,305 votes.[2]
He was elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed independent candidate from constituency PP-116 Faisalabad-XIX in 2024 Pakistani general election.[3][4][5]
