Nina Patalon (born 20 January 1986) is a Polish former football midfielder, currently coaching for Poland women's.[1]
Club career
In 2002, she began her career at the club Medyk Konin in the Ekstraliga, in which she played for many years, meanwhile classifying episode of sports in the colors of Czarni Sosnowiec.[2] In 2011, due to an injury she terminated an active football career.[citation needed]
International career
Since 2004 to 2006 she was a member of the Poland youth national team. In 2009, she was in the squad for the student's team of Poland in the Summer Universiade 2009 in Belgrade[3]
Managerial career
After retiring career she began working coach. First, since 2010 she trained youth girls at club Medyk Konin, and in January 2011 with the Anna Gawrońska became the head of the Medyk first team.[4] Also, since 2011 helping train Poland U-15 women's national football team. In May 2014 she was appointed to the position of coach Poland U-17 women's national football team.[5][6]
In March 2021, she replaced Miłosz Stępiński as the head coach of the Poland women's.[1] She is the first woman in history to hold this position.[1] She made her debut in a friendly match against Sweden, on 13 April 2021.[7]
Personal life
In 2010, she graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan, where she obtained a license to coach class II.[citation needed]
