G.K. Desai,the Actor/Producer was born on 10th September 1973 in Bombay, India. Did his schooling from St. Xavier's High School, Metro, Bombay. Finished his Diploma and Bachelors Degree First Class Honors in Electronics Engineering from University of Bombay and Masters Degree MBA (Finance) from Geneva, Switzerland. Giving up a prolific banking career, he pursued his passion of acting and producing movies. To date has seen 8,400 movies around the world covering every format/genre of filmmaking invented from 1895-2008. Has shifted his base from Bombay to Los Angeles as a Hollywood Producer. Regards the Ace filmmaker Golden Lotus Winner Madhur Bhandarkar from India as his elder brother and in very high esteem. Feels the director as a major turning point in his life.Recently California based Media Matrix Worldwide LLC has appointed G.K.Desai as their CEO heading their Feature films Division in Hollywood. |
