- I'm renewing this as it was posted September 15th, but the copyvio notice was removed from the article shortly thereafter. This is indeed created by a city government entity, however, how do we know that they don't retain their copyright? The federal govenment and the government of the state of california release their works into the public domain.... but I don't know about Portland, Maine.
