Tuyen Hoa (Template:Lang-vi) is a district (huyện) of Quang Binh Province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam. Its seat is the town of Đồng Lê. Speakers of the Nguồn language (which is related to Muong) are mostly located near Đồng Lê.
As of 2003 the district had a population of .[1] The district covers an area of 1,149 km². The district capital lies at Dong Le.[1]
