I am inclined to agree with Aranda56 on this one; reporting what is a statement of fact does not generally fall within the purview of a personal attack, and so it is difficult to see that this matter has any substance in itself. I wouldn't, however, advocate that you are blocked, since it isn't the Mediation Cabal's place to impose punitive sanctions; nonetheless, I do think you should perhaps take a step back and look at exactly what is being said and avoid making accusations of attacks where none exists. I can't actually determine whether or not there is a substantative conflict here that needs remedial action other than your own specification of SWD316 having made personal attacks (which we have determined to be untrue) thus I do not feel there is any way we can help. If on the other hand a real dispute comes to light, you are of course welcome to reapply for our assistance, bearing the above in mind. If you require further help or assistance, please contact either myself or one of my colleagues at the Mediation Cabal. I am hereby marking this case closed. |
