Placido Flamingo was an opera-singing flamingo on Sesame Street, mainly appearing in the 1980s. He was a parody of opera singer Plácido Domingo, who also guest appeared once on the show. The only merchandising known to include Plácido were colouring books and videos; no actual toys of him are known to have existed, nor has he been seen in the line of books.
