Zgornje Koseze is a village in the Moravče municipality in central Slovenia. Traditionally the area was part of the Upper Carniola region. It is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]

The local church is dedicated to Saint Stephen and belongs to the Moravče parish. It was a Gothic building that was restyled in the Baroque in 1753.[3]
