For the ninth graders, they are locked into all their classes and have no choice of switching out. No electives given. A class that always has a lot of hype to it because of all the students who chose to attend this school have strong interests in technology, is AP Computer Science Principles. But, like Batman V Superman, the class is a huge flop mainly because of the teacher, Melissa Wrenchey. All she does is copy and paste code from Reddit, acts like she knows what she's doing, and calls that teaching. An anonymous student posted a review for her on Rate My Teacher, saying that she would "ask for the students to basically teach HER" and that "nobody knows what she wants us to do." Due to the massive underachievement of this class, it gives the new students a very bad influence of the school.

The programs for eleventh grade students are Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Design, taught by the goat known as Michael Town. You would want to have that one guy in your class that shows up late time after time again because Mr. Town knows how to roast them to the point where they admit on video that they are better off ditching class instead of showing up late, because they don't want to get roasted. An alternative, Forensics / Psychology, seems to be very intriguing at first, but find out it is a huge disappointment when they realize that the teacher, Mrs. Allender, does not seem to know what she is doing and takes week-long breaks at times. As for the seniors, their programs include Biomedical Engineering / Anatomy and Advanced Physics / Global Engineering.<ref>[http://www.lwsd.org/school/stem/About-Us/Pages/default.aspx STEM HS - About us]. -Arnett Leslie III --> the most bizarre teacher, or human being for that matter, to ever step foot in the state of Washington. He was the guy that would make his APES class as rigorous as possible, assigning boatloads of homework and having to make you memorize for his impossible tests (a ton of multiple choice questions and a thick packet of free-response questions). His classroom is home to the official "Pit of Misery" in the state of Washington. He is what makes STEM such a meme. And he also got pied by one of his own students. Also leader of the HTML.
