flickerfest
Hello, I fixed the issues you pointed out on Draft:Flickerfest. Note also that flickerfest is mentioned in 87 other articles on wikipedia, so it deserves an article here. Wosella5 (talk) 23:45, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
- Wosella5, still needs more cleanup on the sponsors and organization. Maybe convert those into prose as with Carols in the Domain. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 03:09, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
ok I've cleaned up and converted management & partners to all prose - those were the sections you meant, right? Wosella5 (talk) 23:10, 1 March 2019 (UTC)
- Wosella5, I've pushed this article through. Keep adding the Australian and international news sources. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 15:45, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
Dear Sir, you reviewed and declined this draft 14/01/2019. I have made some changes as requested, but, though 6 weeks have passed, it has not been reviewed again. What should I do? Gervase Gervasevernon (talk) 10:10, 1 March 2019 (UTC)
- Gervasevernon, please see Anne Delong's comments. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:49, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
Dear Angus, i have come back from a trip abroad to find this article again rejected. The link to Anne Delong seems not to work, though, I presume, she is the person I need to communicate with. Could you provide such a link please. I did see her comment before the link disappeared. She said Susanna Vernon was "An ordinary hard working woman". However, as the article states in its last sentence ; "In 2018 her life was one of a dozen featured in an exhibition at the University of Salamanca “Pioneer female interpreters (1900-1953), Bridging the Gap”." A link to the exhibition can be found at; https://saladeprensa.usal.es/node/116691. Could she reconsider, or at least contact me Gervasevernon (talk) 17:12, 17 March 2019 (UTC) References
Gervasevernon, it looks like Bradv has accepted the article. I also placed connected contributor tags on the articles since you are related to the subject. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 15:40, 1 April 2019 (UTC)

Hi. The Voces Oral History Project is not part of the Benson Latin American Collection. Voces just has a partnership with them to store its archival material. Voces is under the umbrella of the Moody College of Communication at UT Austin. Should I add it there then? ~Omar

- VocesProject, then it should redirect to a section there at Moody College of Communication. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:55, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
- TexasOralHistorian, it looks like Diannaa has removed the section as it is a copy-paste of the writeup the organization has in the about us section. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Moody_College_of_Communication&oldid=887633932 If you're planning on reintroducing it as a section, please make sure the writeup is different from the website. Hi. Can you let me know what 'Please connect the references to the article and do not leave them as embedded links' means? I am not sure what to do. Thanks
Chislou (talk) 17:04, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
- Chislou I've gone ahead and fixed the references. It needs to go into detail on what books she wrote and how they were received by critics. Were there any that were best-sellers, or did she get any rewards? When she ranked number one, was it a relative ranking, like hers was the best, or she was just listed among a bunch of other authors the newspaper writer recommended. Do you have any news articles that go into Wilkins's life and career in more detail? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:10, 15 March 2019 (UTC)

Thanks very much for amending the references and I'm sorry I didn't understand the instruction :)
I have the following link about her personal life and providing the citation for her marriage: https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/comedy/features/secrets-of-comedy-couples-whats-it-like-when-both-you-and-your-partner-are-stand-ups-10424981.html
Her stand up comedy reviews are hosted on chortle which is a fairly official comedy source: https://www.chortle.co.uk/comics/c/33491/catie_wilkins/review
Aside from those two Guardian reviews all of her book reviews are by book bloggers which likely wouldn't count as proper sources
The Independent ranking was more a placement in their list, the first of its kind. She hasn't been in best seller lists, just ranks highly on amazon when they do kindle offers
She was nommed for a FAB book award: http://catherinewilkins.co.uk/latest-news/60/fab_book_awards_nomination.html
Does any of this help?
Thanks again for being so helpful! Sorry to be such a wiki dunce :)

Thanks for confirming those sources help. Should I add them and submit again for review? Or is this something you are doing behind the scenes in reviewing? Thank you again for your time tonight
Chislou (talk) 18:52, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
- See if you can find some sources that would meet WP:THREE and post them towards the top of the article in the AFC comments section If they are detailed and cover Wilkins's career, then those would be best. The book reviews are good, they should be talked about more in a career section, like "Wilkins released a children's book (book 1 title) in 2012. It concerns the (premise brief plot summary). The book became a (accolades and best-seller rankings if appropriate). (Critic) of (critic magazine) wrote that (quote)" I'm not really doing much else behind the scenes. The marriage and children stuff can be supported by other news articles that mention both her husband and herself. You don't need to include the references where her husband just passively mentions "my wife Catie", but there are some good articles that go into more details like https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/comedy/features/secrets-of-comedy-couples-whats-it-like-when-both-you-and-your-partner-are-stand-ups-10424981.html Hope that helps! Hi. I have gone into more detail about her comedy and about the podcast, and submitted the changes for approval. The Catherine 'Catie' Wilkins titling you have done is a good idea, as she works in equal amounts under both names. Thank you for your continued help.
Chislou (talk) 20:20, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
- Can you write up more about her comedy background and the subjects she covers? Same with the Drunk Women podcast. The comedy seems to be her main occupation, so I moved that up. Also had to tweak more of the references, please take a look. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 22:31, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
- Should her article be renamed to Catie Wilkins? That seems to be her stage name for her comedy act, where she uses the full Catherine in her books. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 22:33, 15 March 2019 (UTC)

Fair use question?
Can you take a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft:S7000A_(tax_law)&action=history
It appears that quoted material is removed, but is not limited usage of quoted material "fair use" with the citation?
Plus the article was submitted for review but now it is not but there is no comment, is that a mistake?

Help List of Winx Club characters
Hey, I see you're familiar with List of Winx Club characters - I've been working on cutting the fluff, what do you think of tabling the selkies/fairy animals? I've done it but don't know if I like it formatting wise. It might not show up well on mobile, but it does organize it more logically/efficiently imo. Thoughts? originalmesshow u doin that busta rhyme? 04:00, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
- What do you mean by tabling? Like remove them from the list or putting them in a table? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 04:52, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
- Putting them in a table as I currently have them, see List_of_Winx_Club_characters#Selkies (ignore the header levels I've messed them up). They were in list form before, which one works better? originalmesshow u doin that busta rhyme? 14:08, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
- This isn't necessary, and reeks of fancruft, especially the episode appeared in and the bias towards only the English voice actor. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 14:10, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
- I just copied and pasted what was already there into a table. How did my cutting introduce more fancruft than was there before? I moved the fairy pets/pixies sections under the fairies but added 0 content and mainly deleted appearance descriptions, signature colors, redundant hobbies, and personality traits. originalmesshow u doin that busta rhyme? 14:35, 20 March 2019 (UTC)
- Originalmess, you've also commented in all their pets/helpers individually in each of the character's description. That's way too much. You can cut the redundant hobbies, traits, signature colors. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 03:44, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
- If you look at the diffs, I moved the pets/helpers from their own sections (which I deleted, along with trivia about the pets etc) to test if that would flow more logically, following the featured lists of cartoon characters which emphasize relationships/plot points instead of personality traits. I can move them back to the bottom if you undo your revert, but it’s way too much copyediting and cutting to redo by hand for an article which badly needs copyediting and cutting. originalmesshow u doin that busta rhyme? 19:02, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
- I'd simplify each one to a bullet list, like: Lockette, Pixie of Portals, is Bloom's pixie or Lockette, Pixie of Portals. (Bloom) AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 01:20, 22 March 2019 (UTC)

Fyi on Sally Smart
FYI I came across the draft for Sally Smart that you had declined October 18, 2018. In the meantime, RebeccaGreen had added an enormous amount of sources, including multiple museum collections, which clearly demonstrate notability. I therefore moved it to article space.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 22:38, 24 March 2019 (UTC)

The draft i'm working on is a start article so that I can get a hang of Wikipedia. I do have more content to add. "Wikipedia is not a memorial service or a legacy resume listing." I'm not sure exactly what your problem with the article I submitted is. Wikipedia is filled with biography pages just like this one. Johnston was a key NASA employee who had an impact on the American manned spaceflight program over the span of twenty years until he retired. His name is listed on the NASA Distinguished Service Medal page, as are dozens of others of equal stature. Most of them DO have biography pages, which are no longer than what I created for Johnston. Since I was already doing research on my for another project, I thought I'd add a page for him.
MichaelWBay (talk) 23:05, 25 March 2019 (UTC)

Draft:Infinite Energy (company)
Hello, AngusWOOF, I need guidance. The last notes posted by you on my attempt to have this article published say that it reads like an advertisement, but I think I've written this from a neutral standpoint. Perhaps you can show me where, in particular, in needs to be fixed? The sources I've used are all "independent, reliable, published sources." In fact, all three organizations are news outlets with good reputations--two are owned by the NY Times Co. And these news organizations are in three different locales--Gainesville and Ocala, Florida, and Atlanta. None of the source material was created by me or by Infinite Energy. Not in the last draft, anyway. Any other help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

14:44:06, 24 March 2019 review of submission by TownesVP
My draft was turned down because "none of the bands Farley is involved with are notable at this time" and a lack of notable sources. I disagree based on the fact that he's been featured on The Tonight Show and played on NPR. Beyond that, he's legitimately the most prolific songwriter of all time, recording and releasing over twenty thousand songs over three hundred albums. The sources I referenced include Wired, Vice, and Medium. I also have an article on him posted on The Guardian, which is listed under reliable sources. I didn't use it in the original draft, but I've added it since. https://www.theguardian.com/media/media-blog/2014/jan/29/spotify-how-a-busy-songwriter-youve-never-heard-of-makes-it-work-for-him
Aside from this, he's been featured on Bloomberg, Fox News, several local news sites and made commercials for Android.
Sorry for any confusion, this is my first time using wiki and I spent a good amount of time learning about how to make an acceptable page before submitting. What can I do to properly fix these issues to prove notoriety? Thanks for your help.
TownesVP (talk) 14:44, 24 March 2019 (UTC)
- @TownesVP: - the reviewer may be right that the individual doesn't pass standard musician notability, however there's an interesting case to be made that his prolific work or spotify work might qualify him under the general notability guideline for his newsworthiness.
- I'm currently very busy, but I'm interested to see other reviewers' thoughts. I'll be free from Thursday onwards and if no-one else has, I'll take a look then (feel free to poke me on Friday - just hit the talk in my username!). Nosebagbear (talk) 11:55, 25 March 2019 (UTC)
Hello AngusWOOF, I've posted above the post I made on the Wiki Help Desk in regards to Article creation as well as the response I received. I acknowledge that none of Matt Farley's bands are notable in and of themselves, but after Nosebagbear's comment, I looked into the qualifications for general notability and am interested in your response on that. I have articles about Matt Farley going back nearly a decade from The Boston Globe, Vulture, The Guardian, The A/V Club and also Vice and Wired, which I cited. He's also been on a lot of local news stations across the country as well as in NZ and Australia. He's been covered on NPR and featured on The Tonight Show. Could any of these contribute towards his general notability status? I don't mean to be confrontational, this is just the only article I've made and I spent a lot of time on it because I really do feel he meets all the requirements. If you disagree, please let me know if there is anything further I can do. Thank you.
TownesVP (talk) 23:04, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
- TownesVP, if you can provide the best WP:THREE articles that show his individual notability and not that of the bands, then the reviewers can focus on that to see if he passes notability. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:07, 26 March 2019 (UTC)
- TownesVP, it still has a huge number of non-notable tracks and album contributions. That list needs to be removed. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 23:08, 26 March 2019 (UTC)

RADII: DRAFT Prior to Resubmission Inquiry
Hi there!
This is my first time pushing through an article and asking for help: I submitted a draft a while ago under Yina1999 about a new media outline focused on China and had some trouble finding mentions of it deep enough that Wiki would accept. I found 2 or three extras I could use, and am wondering if they would be sufficient to satisfy the issue raised with my draft submission of RADII. Would you be willing to review them briefly: http://chinafilminsider.com/film-and-tv-in-2019-what-will-china-be-watching/ and https://technode.com/2018/12/20/china-scandals-internet-2018/ .
Thanks Lena Yina1999 (talk) 05:19, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
Lena, both articles are written by RADII staff, and don't really discuss the company. What the draft needs are news articles that discuss RADII. The one currently on the draft only mentions the company in passing. The others are from the company itself or one of the key people's linkedin page. Draft:Ray Orlando Williams (Submission declined)
Hello AngusWOOF, thanks for the review of my Wikipedia submission on Ray Orlando Williams.
I have removed the additional links/sources, as requested, and replaced with more valid sources where relevant.
- The previously provided source to the subject's age: Williams' age is referred to in numerous of the sources I initially provided. I had thought the YouTube link (from a verified YouTube account), and/or the FamousBirthdays.com link, would be the most current and easy sources. (His age is quoted in several articles, however, they are provided as his current age at that time, so one would have to calculate/approximate his current age based on the article's timestamp.)
- As for the other "pedia" site: I have removed that link. The information shown there was also visible in the other sources I had provided (I was attempting to provide more source points).
I had thought that minor details such as "the subject's age" would be inconsequential towards having the entire submission declined (as it is only meant "bonus" info, and not the subject of the article). I do hope that after these new adjustments, the submission now meets Wikipedia standards for approval.
Thank you & kind regards, - Andrew.E.Davis (talk) 14:45, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
- Andrew.E.Davis, YouTube self-verify might be okay if it's one of those Draw My Life kind of videos, but yes, news articles would be better. If you can provide WP:THREE of your best sources that establish the person's notability then AFC reviewers can check those first. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 14:56, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
Thanks very much for the feedback, AngusWOOF. What you said makes sense.
I have now included in the article submission, much more reputable sources, such as: TheSun.co.uk, a .EDU website, as well as other College/News/Article pages, discussing Ray Orlando Williams' accomplishments, as stated in the article draft.
- TheSun.co.uk - Williams squat: Strongman lifts first ever bar-bending 1,000lb squat... and celebrates like a champion
- UTM.edu - Martin | Ray Williams: POWER lifter
- Itawamba Community College - Williams - Defensive Line Coach
Additional links:
- Ray Orlando Williams' record 1,080 lb lift (YouTube video): Ray Williams | 1,080 Lbs World Record Squat | (3/2/2019)
- UTM.edu - Behind-the-scenes with Campus Scene: Ray Williams
- Mention by @TheMarkHenry (WWE Superstar Mark Henry "The World's Strongest Man")
- Ray Orlando Williams joins the Eleiko Team as Eleiko Ambassador

- Meet the Man Who Squats 905…Raw
- Ray Williams Powerlifter Interview – IPF, USAPL World Record Holder
- RAY WILLIAMS: FINDING MY WAY - LVD Fitness Inc.
There are very many articles referencing Ray Orlando Williams, I didn't want to spam the submission with too many (I was attempting to provide the most recent & visible sources). However, I understand now that priority is placed on the reputation of the sources, which makes sense.
Hopefully this would now be enough reputable/verifiable sources, to meet Wikipedia's criteria.
Thank you. -Andrew.E.Davis (talk) 15:56, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
- Andrew.E.Davis, The Sun's not a reliable source. WP:RSP, UTM article is a student newspaper article, and letsgoicc is a primary source. The other ones you listed are either random blogs or company press releases. Can you find other news articles that detail his career? Demopolis Times is good, you can use those articles, and AL.com AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:42, 29 March 2019 (UTC)

Thanks, AngusWOOF! I think the article looks great now, with reliable sources. I've just included a few of the others you mentioned (theblaze.com, westalabamawatchman.com, wtva.com), while trying to minimize clutter.
DemopolisTimes.com definitely seems to be a top source for this topic, though I was trying to get as many unique sources as I could find (avoiding repeating one source/entity).
I saw mentioned for "The Sun" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Perennial_sources - "Some editors consider The Sun to be reliable for sports reporting." - So that's great that we were able to keep it (as weightlifting falls under "Sports").
Thanks much for your help and guidance! Kind regards. -Andrew.E.Davis (talk) 18:37, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
- Andrew.E.Davis, see if you can craft a paragraph summarizing his biography and career chronologically. Where was he born and grew up (I'm assuming Demopolis), where he went to school, when did he start powerlifting, what competitions did he enter. He was a player too, and a coach? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 21:49, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
- Hi AngusWOOF. I'd be very happy to work on those additional details! I definitely will do.
- I have some urgent business project deadlines due this coming week, so I'll have to be off for a bit.
- I'm noting this as urgent priority, to resume within about a week, improving this article further.
- >>"He was a player too, and a coach?" - It does seem that way. I've never met/seen him personally, but his story and achievements are really interesting to me. I'll thoroughly research these details, and include the most reliable supporting sources I can find. I'll be back soon, thanks! -Andrew.E.Davis (talk) 04:54, 30 March 2019 (UTC)

Article rejection
Hello,
I understand where you are coming from with your rejection but that guy lived 4500 years ago or so. The amount of data available is rightly scarcer under the circumstances, but he still got a place in the Giza cemetery. The intent was to document most of those persons who were the highest layer of the Egyptian society of their time to produce a whole mass of information which seemed relevant. I started to edit the Giza East field but there is too much for one page even if apparently there is too few for one page. Infraneka (talk) 12:00, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
- Infraneka, if there are multiple different sources that describe this person, then that should be okay. I wasn't sure given that the reference was pointing to the same document. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:07, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
- Infraneka, I've accepted the article and cleaned up its references. If you have more please add. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 21:52, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
Paulo's many articles
Hi Angus! FYI, an AfC you declined a couple of weeks ago Draft:Paulo Victor Soares, which the author has re-submitted and is currently pending, is duplicative of an article we already have called Paulo Victor Costa Soares. The mainspace article (which was created after you declined the AfC) is at AfD, and the article's creator is currently blocked for creating too many unsourced BLPs and editing while logged out. Also note that the editor who is creating the draft also has another draft going of the same article, Draft:Paulo Victor, and has also !voted keep at the AfD of the mainspace article. I wasn't sure how to post a "heads up" to reviewers that these two drafts are duplicates, as I've never done anything in draftspace before, so I figured I'd give you the heads up. Please let me know if there's something further I should do, like post a template or something on the draft articles' talk pages. Thanks. Leviv ich 15:10, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
- Levivich, If they're created by sock evaders, you can CSD them for that. I'll comment that they are duplicates of the one that's currently in AFD. I think they can end up being redirects to that article if it stays and they can be deleted if the AFD results in delete. Or delete for housekeeping as the creating editor is now working on the mainspace article. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:06, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks. I guess I'll see how the AfD shakes out and go from there. Good to know it won't be taking up reviewers' time at AfC. Leviv ich 01:41, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
Clarification
Hi AngusWOOF, thanks for reviewing the draft article Draft:FutureBrand. I would be really grateful for some clarification on the reasons for declining the submission if possible?
The draft article includes references from AdWeek and Fast Company (detailed articles on their American Airlines rebrand), The Wall Street Journal (article on their acquisition strategy) CNBC, Forbes and Fast Company (describing their research and findings) and Creative Review (full feature of their work rebranding NatWest).
Sorry to ask but given the status of these publications, the nature of the content in the articles, and the focus on the company in question, can you help me understand why in your opinion they don’t establish notability or show more than a passing mention?
Having looked at other pages in Category:Branding companies for reference, could you also help me understand why the following examples show notability more effectively than this draft?
Moving Brands, Lippincott (brand consultancy), Prophet (company), Brand Union, Lambie-Nairn, Traction (company), Brand Institute, Master-McNeil, Tinsley Advertising, Saffron Brand Consultants, Interbrand.
Appreciate your help.

A response to the refusal of Zack Snyder's Justice League cut page
This page is separated from the main Justice League (film) page for several reasons:
- The main Justice League page is protected.
- This is an intial page, and it's planned to be expanded in the future, since there's alot of ongoing information about the cut; it's history and confirmed differences from the theatrical cut, for example.
-The search for Zack Snyder's cut of Justice League is trending, since it's confirmed by the director himself, therefore, there's a potential release for this cut in the future.
-The cut is speculated to be completely different movie from the theatrical cut - similar to Richard Donner cut of Superman II, which has it's own page on Wikipedia - for several reasons: -The cut uses different soundtrack, visual effects and tone (similar to those seen in first Justice League trailer, before the departure of Zack Snyder). -Several scenes are completely reshooted by director Joss Whedon (rather than Zack Snyder). -The cut has different length. -Several characters made an appearance in the cut, but did not appear in the theatrical cut (most notably: Darksied), additionally, the cut uses completely different design for the main vilain Steppenwolf.
Snake Fisher (talk) 16:41, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
- Snake Fisher, you'll want to discuss it at the main page's talk page then. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:43, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
- AngusWOOF, Pardon me, I'm still a beginner, and I still don't know how to open a discussion in the main page.
- Snake Fisher, go to Talk:Justice League (film) and click New section, and you can paste your plan to split off the Snyder cut and reasons. And then you can see what editors there think of that plan. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:53, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
General
Hi angus hope you're great My article went live two months ago https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_786 as it was reviewed by legacy as per your suggestion you told me to add more further links & references , i added three references from news site which was published last month, but someone put deletion tag, I'm not blaming him but it sounds like he don't like the content as the deletion tag guy looks like indian & the film is showing few anti indian scene such as befitting response to india over ceasefire violation. According to Wikipedia movies should have references & I've added three news references which is showing in google news then how come it is nominated for deletion? I see this article "evil marriage" it has two reference & not from news but from random website & it is live.
I'm dissapointed kindly suggest. MemonBhai (talk) 11:36, 3 April 2019 (UTC)
MemonBhai, you should go to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Operation 786 and show them why the film is notable, and the WP:THREE references that would indicate so. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 14:55, 3 April 2019 (UTC)

Eren's name Spelling
Hi, I've had to deal with a certain user who refuses to believe that non-english sources, even if they are from the episodes themselves, count towards it. ( for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Suite_PreCure&oldid=890821305 ) I've dealt with him before, but I can't do it by myself. May I ask for your help? --OmoriP (talk) 00:27, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- OmoriP, I asked about it in Talk:Suite_PreCure#Spelling_of_Ellen/Eren back in 2016. Any news since then? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 00:33, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
I've discovered since then that official info from canon sources (Official spelling from Toei: http://i.imgur.com/odgy6kx.jpg (in-show evidence), http://i.imgur.com/efPpy1E.jpg (commercial card game evidence) ) that it is spelled Eren, and that fansubs have called her that, before the official spelling was revealed. Again, this user has been harmful before, belittling me for being a new user. But I refuse to back down, since the article referred to her as Eren before he messed it up. --OmoriP (talk) 00:38, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- OmoriP, you can't use in-animation spellings as they can be Engrished. Is there other evidence they are using it as the English official spelling? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 00:49, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- OmoriP, are there official English subs, like released by Crunchyroll or Toei, that spell out the character's name? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 00:51, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
I showed you the other Spelling from the official card game, which spells it as Eren, Alongside an official book scan from the 10th anniversary special booklet. https://yande.re/post/show/283182 And guinness world records spells it as Eren, too. http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/news/2018/11/55-anime-characters-unite-in-anniversary-film-to-achieve-unique-record-547166
There are no official subs yet, however. --OmoriP (talk) 00:57, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- OmoriP, those aren't English websites though, except Guinness World Records. And you'll need to convince Sk8erPrince, not me, about it. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 01:05, 4 April 2019 (UTC)

Review of Draft:Aerofly_FS
Hello AngusWOOF, Thanks for your previous review, I fully agree your remarks. I hope my last edit will satisfy you. It's true that the article may look complimentary but it is not exaggerated. I have read your last review. I don't understand why I need to make a reception section for the reviews. I have never seen that. Could you please detail it or give a sample from an existing article ? About the other part of your review: in fact FS2 is the notable version as FS1 was more confidential. I'll try to explicit that in the article. Thanks, Vincent. Turman

Initial D Wiki Citations
It's kinda hard to write episode names or volumes as sources for citations, as Funimation hasn't licensed Fifth or Final Stage (both are licensed to Avex Entertainment Inc.), and there are no Youtube videos that I'm able to link it to. I am a little new to Wikipedia editing now that it's been so long since I've edited anything(I had a previous account before this one a long, long time ago), so I'm unaware if there is a way to cite it without having to cite a Youtube video or other online video type, since Avex Entertainment blocks all videos including clips of Fifth or Final Stage. I also have no volumes of Initial D manga, so I'm unable to cite that either unless I can find what volumes certain scenes are from.
Hawk Studios Gaming (talk) 02:54, 5 April 2019 (UTC)Hawk Studios Gaming
- Hawk Studios Gaming, you can cite the episode like this {{Ref|Anime|S1 ep 2}} for season 1 episode 2, which generates S1 ep 2. I'm going to move the others away from the older citation format in favor of this one. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 03:00, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
A bit confused. Whenever I try to copy/paste that into the page, it creates this box with the link inside of it instead of just the small attachment. A little help? (Also, I have the feeling you're using Source, while I'm using Visual Editor judging by the look of the thing I keep copying (S1 ep 2). (EDIT: Nevermind. I now see that you were using source.)
