explanation

Abdul Baqi (film Producer), Maulavi Abdul Baqi (Taliban diplomat), and Mullah Abdul Baqi (Taliban Vice-Minister of Culture) were removed from the disambiguation page sometime in the last year or so.

Originally disambiguation pages entries were only supposed to have one wikilink per entry. Entries with a redlink were allowed, so long as at least one real article linked to it. Sometime relatively recently the convention was changed. Entries where the wikilink was a redlink was supposed to have a second blue-link to an article that used, and wikilinked to the redlink.

A quality control volunteer removed the three red-links above when all three individuals are notable enough to merit a mention in other articles. So I restored them.
