Innu Muthal (transl. From Today) is a 2021 Indian Malayalam language coming-of-age Fantasy Drama film written and directed by Rejishh Midhila. It was produced by Music Director Mejjo Josseph, Rejishh Midhila and Lijo James under the banner of ‘The Great Indian Cinemas’. Vimal Kumar has co-produced the movie. The film stars Siju Wilson with Sooraj Pops, Gokulan, Indrans, Uday Chandra, Kottayam Ramesh and Smrithi Sugathan in supporting roles.
The development of the film began in 2019 when Rejishh Midhila signed Siju Wilson for a film under the banner of ‘The Great Indian Cinemas’. The principal photography took place in Kerala, Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad and suburbs of Madhya Pradesh in the period of 2019 to 2020. The film features scores composed by Mejjo Josseph.
Innu Muthal was released in Zee Keralam channel on March 28th as world television premiere and later streamed on in Zee5 OTT platform. The film received positive reviews for the portrayal of beliefs and faith, with particular praise directed towards Siju Wilson and Sooraj Pops performances.

Plot
Abhinandhan is an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna, an uber driver living in Kochi who is struggling to make ends meet. He is debt-ridden and finds it hard to pay back to his lenders. His entire story changes when one ordinary morning, a stranger comes to meet this avid devotee.
