Proposed removal of copy-edit template

I am proposing to remove the copy-edit notice on the article since I believe the specific issue highlighted ("15:09, 13 February 2024‎ Rosguill: Added Copy edit tag: per WP:CSECTION, the Supporters and Opposition sections should be instead included in the History section undothank Tag: Twinkle) has now been addressed.
