Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (I think it shouldn't be deleted because I think it's factual information that I think needs it's own article because I think it recently is no longer owned by Roundys) --FoxNewsChannelFan (talk) 03:14, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The information may be factual, but we still need verifiable references to reliable sources to back it up. --Finngall talk 03:18, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Note on sources

[edit]

More extensive sources are probably available from the Star Tribune web site, but it appeared to be down at the time I was doing my rewrite. --Finngall talk 06:07, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Rainbow Foods inc.Rainbow Foods – A new user created the page here because Rainbow Foods already existed as a redirect to Roundy's. As Roundy's has sold the majority of their Rainbow stores and plans to sell or close the remainder before the end of the year, Rainbow can be considered a distinct entity again and this article should be moved to that title. Further, I didn't find any evidence that the consortium that bought the eighteen stores mentioned in the article actually created a company called "Rainbow Foods Inc." --Finngall talk 06:18, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
