Brian Sigu

Sigu is a contemporary benga[1] Kenyan musician. He has replicated original Luo musical sounds with modern instruments and fuses Luo folk music and benga music.

Sigu is a guitarist, singer, composer and song writer. He has released two albums Jambaka[2] on 23rd November 2021 and Apaka[3] on 16th June 2023.

He started his band, Brain Sigu and Kavirondo Blues Band.[4]

Sigu combines afro fusion and afro pop.[5][6]
