John Agnello (born May 5, 1987) is the son of Carmine Agnello and Victoria Gotti, daughter of convicted mobster John Gotti. Besides his relation to the convicted mobster, after whom he is named, Agnello is most notable for his appearance on the A&E reality television series Growing Up Gotti, along with his bothers, Carmine and Frank.

Agnello graduated from St. Dominic High School, in Oyster Bay, New York in 2005. He is of Italian descent. Growing Up Gotti, formerly a popular show on A&E Network, was canceled at the end of 2005 for its decline in viewers. The first season was the highest rated show on A&E with 3.2 million viewers, but it slowly declined to 800,000 viewers by the end of season three.
