The Armenian Cup 2008 is the 17th edition of the Armenian Independence Cup. This year, the tournament only had 14 participants, out of which 6 were reserve teams. FC Banants and FC Ararat got a pass on the 1st round due to the fact that these two clubs reached the final in the previous year.
