Canada section

federal Divorce Act I changed the Canada section to reflect the federal divorce act because it is relevant.  its been a year since my ex left to florida. i dint do anything becouse i felt a change would be better and dint think about the consequenses, now my ex wount let me talk to my daughter. Greece

It exists one million divorced fathers in Greece. In the greek law, there is not co-responsability between parents in divorce. In 99,9% mother is have the unic and excluve authority of the children. Greek fathers for justice has created in december 2004 officialy by the professor Mr Spitalas Nicolas at Thessaloniki with the name of the association SYGAPA (www.sos-sygapa.eu). Mr Spitalas, imagine to compose the political party in Europe of the name: 'European Social Party' for introducing in the european elections, in juin 2009. Spitalas Nicolas, founder and President of the unic association 'fathers for justice' in Greece and founder of the political party of the divorced fathers of all european countries has created the 'sygapa' association in december of 2004 at Thessaloniki (25.000 members in 2009), and he has organised the first international Congress of family, dad's rigths, equality and justice in Drama (North of Greece) 2-5 january 2009. He have provoqued 200 publications, 200 interviews in television and radios.
