User page
"re-BEL", hm? I wonder what the etymology of that name is.
Anyway. I'd like to suggest that you take a minute and create yourself a user page, so as to better distinguish yourself from the new-and-flyby accounts. Just tell us a little bit about yourself.
Looking forward to reading more of your work. DS 14:43, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
An interesting piece, to which it would be a good idea to add a source. Best, Staffelde 02:15, 28 January 2006 (UTC)

Hello TBHecht: Thank you, for die Vervollständigung des Artikels, auf meiner Userpage findest du weitere Komponistenstubs die auf Erweiterung warten. Could you please add some more specific information to the page, such as specific places she has performed, awards she has won, who she worked with/for, etc? Some guy 18:14, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

Medical genetics
I haven't see you so far. I saw your edit in the Karyotype article and took a look at your user page. Maybe you could be interested in the WikiProject Medical Genetics. If you have any question, don't hesitate to contact me. Good work! NCurse work 19:26, 4 October 2006 (UTC)
list of geneticists
Very nice indeed. Where are you getting them from? categories? Would you care to try some other biological sciences--they all need improvements-- DGG 19:48, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
- I ask because it may serve as a example for the other such lists.DGG 04:43, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
J. Edwin Seegmiller
I just want to say thanks for helping with the article on J. Edwin Seegmiller. I started it after I met his wife a few weeks ago (she lives near me and goes to the same church as I do). When she found out that I was from the same small town as he was she began to tell me about him. It turned into a long conversation when she also found out that I had studied biochemistry as an undergrad, was now pursuing a phd at ucsd, and that I also had worked at the NIH. I'll let his wife know about the article you helped write.--Nate 20:20, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
sex determination
Perhaps you could take a look at sex determination system and the linked subpages. Am I wrong in finding them rather trivial, with inadequate detail, documentation, and perhaps understanding? (I'm also not sure of the standard nomenclature these days--my last encounter was in teaching them to undergraduates 2 or 3 decades ago, and I relied a lot on Curt Stern's textbook, as most of what I knew on the subject was about E. coli.).DGG 22:50, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
N.H. Horowitz
DGG suggested I might contact you to ask your opinion. I am thinking about writing about Norman H. Horowitz, Caltech biology professor, previous department head etc. One can find some material about him:
And a huge number of publications. Comments? Suggestions?--Filll 21:54, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
- Yes I am pondering it. I only thought I would ask since I have been running into a lot more deletions than normal lately. And so I want to be sure he is notable before I put any effort int it.--Filll 17:17, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

Please take a look at Talk:Sergio Fiorentino. Thank you. --Otheus 23:52, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
The changes in the article on Sergio Fiorentino look good. Thank you for the excellent editing. -- TBHecht, 15 April 2007
Conductors category
You've added a lot of pages to the "conductors" category, even though they are already in some sub-category such as "American conductors". We generally only add an article to the most specific category possible: see Wikipedia:Categorization_and_subcategories. Grover cleveland 08:31, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for fleshing out the article on this film. I was watching this along with my mom, and decided to look it up on WP to check out a cast member, and realized that the "Arizona (film)" linked to a different movie, so I disambiguated the two into separate articles and left the 1940 film to work on later. You saved me some work, and did a good job. I added the bit about Old Tucson Studios; a group I was with visited the park about a month ago, and a guide mentioned this film. Thanks again! Elgar's Falstaff - we few, we happy few!
How good to know that someone else cares! (Excellent additions, too, if you'll allow me to say so). Tim riley 18:34, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
Bonjour TBHecht, Happy New Year.
Hi. Thank you for your report, but would you please be more specific about which Account(s) or IP Address(es) are doing the vandalism, or exactly what they are adding or deleting? Thanks. — Jeff G. ツ 21:26, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
