The Stadium Theatre, part of the "Stadium Building and Theatre," is an historic theater at 329 Main Street in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

Arthur I. Darman built the vaudeville theater in the 1920s. The venue was closed from the 1970s to 1991, but reopened in 2001. It was added in 1976 to the National Register of Historic Places as Building #76000006.
