Zgornji Tuštanj is a settlement in the Moravče municipality in central Slovenia. Traditionally the area was part of Upper Carniola. It is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]

A 15th century castle in the settlement was restyled as a Reneissance mansion in the late 17th century.[3]
