Wikimedia México is the name of a proposal to create Wikimedia Foundation in Mexico, in order to diffuse and promote Wikipedia and its projects in that country. Chapters are local organizations of wikipedians and people who are very interested in Wikipedia projects to diffuse free knowledge and information by means of them.
