WADR and WUTQ are AM radio stations operating at 1480 kHz and 1550 kHz and located in Remsen, New York and Utica, New York respectively. They are former Clear Channel Communications stations, but with the breakup of Clear Channel's Utica cluster, were sold to Ken Roser. In July 2010, WADR/WUTQ added an FM simulcast in W238CA 95.5 FM in Middleville and rebranded as B95.5. It is currently branded as 95.5 FM.

The stations broadcast a self produced "beautiful music" format (actually a full-service adult standards as opposed to the traditional instrumental-based beautiful music format). Long time local radio program host Hank Brown can be heard Monday through Friday from 6 until 8 am, followed by a local talk show hosted by Mike Walsh from 8 to 10 am. On weekends, these mainstay local shows are broadcast: The Saturday Polka Review with Gary Sroka, Family Rosary Radio's "Sunday Morning," and The Voice of The New Italy with Joe Putrele. A program devoted to contemporary Bosnian music, Radio 202, was added in 2011. The audio from local NBC affiliate WKTV Ch. 2's news broadcasts are aired Monday through Friday at noon and 5 pm. Brown will exit the station in May 2011 and be replaced by a simulcast of WKTV's morning newscast.
