Hwange Colliery F.C. (formerly known as Wankie Colliery F.C.) is a Hwange-based Premier Soccer League club, promoted from Division One in 2009.[1] In 2002, Hwange Colliery F.C. changed the colour of their home shirt to blue in celebrations of former Rangers trialist Benjamin Marere.
