HankMoodyTZ recently relocated to Germany. He continues[1][2] his personal attacks and death threats towards other editors. He left an abusive messages on User:Windhunter talkpage from two different dynamic IPs:[3][4]. He also continues his uncivil behaviour from this reported static IP address:[5]. This IP is exclusively used by HankMoodyTZ in Bosnian football edits, we see characteristic to him as reported in prevoius SPIs, IPA adding[6] also a similar edit in Asmir Begović[7] as he already made from his proven IP ranges and was reverted[8][9] Oleola (talk) 15:12, 7 August 2018 (UTC)

Comments are not threats but "best wishes" like cancer and "ustasha", the guy has a big ban history a few years ago to, I do not experience it personally, he want to provoke me and other users before, because he want a ban for me and other users. If I orsomebody else insult him we will get a ban. Balcan tactics. The reason is stupid, he preferes terms Bosnian without Herzegovian in footballer articles and warring because that few months.
