NOTE! This image is NOT an image of Joseph Wanton. It is an image of Samuel Browne, Jr. of Salem, Massachusetts who married Katharine Winthrop, the daughter of Governor John Winthrop, Jr. of Connecticut, and granddaughter of John Winthrop, founder and governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony.
