The fourth-generation Panda was introduced on 14 June 2024. Marketed as the Fiat Grande Panda, it is based on the Smart Car platform shared with the fourth-generation Citroën C3 and Opel Frontera. It will be sold with hybrid and electric powertrains. The Grande Panda will be sold alongside the third-generation Panda which will continue production in Italy until at least 2027.[1][2]

The Grande Panda adopts a retro-futuristic design, initially previewed by the Fiat Concept City Car in February 2024.[3]

The car is based on the Smart Car Platform, which will underpin more other models produced by Stellantis in the future, developed for emerging markets. It is described as an electric and more efficient alternative to other STLA modular architectures with focus on battery electric models.

The cat is equipped with a 44 kWh lithium ferro phosphate (LFP) battery. The 83 kW (113 PS; 111 hp) electric motor allows the vehicle to reach 0–100 km/h (0–62 mph) in around 11 seconds.
