Rock Summer oli 1980-ndate lõpus ja 1990-ndatel aastatel Tallinnas Lauluväljakul toimunud muusikafestival.

Festivali peakorraldaja oli Jüri Makarov (Makarov Muusik Management) ja see toimus aastatel 1988 kuni 1997. Vaid 1990-ndal aastal toimuma pidanud festival jäi ebakindla poliitilise olukorra tõttu ära. Esimene Rock Summer kandis alapealkirja "Glasnost 88" ning oli külastajatele tasuta. Hinnanguliselt käis seal kolme päeva peale kokku 150 000 külastajat. 1997. aastal läks Makarov Muusik Management pankrotti ja seega jäi tolle aasta Rock Summer viimaseks.
