Resolusi 1267 Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa diadopsi pada 15 Oktober 1999. Usai mengulang resolusi-resolusi seputar situasi di Afghanistan, DKPBB mencap Osama bin Laden dan rekan-rekannya sebagai teroris dan membentuk rezim sanksi terhadap orang-orang dan kelompok-kelompok yang berasosiasi dengan Al-Qaida, Osama bin Laden dan/atau Taliban dimanapun mereka berada.[1][2][3]
