Motivation

Just seen there's some useful info to add in the identifiers onto a TV programme to have a good reference to a guide here. There's still some sort of the things to be figure out as there's no issues if the programme is being broadcasted nationally. However, when there's a multiple IDs shared onto an item then it may need to add up the multiple GUIDs onto an item (Let's take the ABC News state based bulletin have multiple GUID entries as example).
