In this issue we highlight two new partnerships, 1Lib1Ref, and, as always, a roundup of news and community items related to libraries and digital knowledge.

Partner announcements

[edit]

The Wikipedia Library is announcing free access to two new partners:

  • Bristol University Press: UK-based academic publisher in the social sciences and aligned disciplines, with a focus on global social challenges.
  • British Online Archives: a collection of primary source documents in humanities and social sciences. This resource is being made available for a three-month trial period, with continuation to depend on usage.

See all available partners on your My Collections page.

1Lib1Ref

[edit]

The January–February 2024 edition of 1Lib1Ref was again a great success! According to the Outreach Dashboard, over a thousand references were added across all projects. The events included editing sessions at several university libraries as well as campaigns by Wikimedia Indonesia and the Wikimedians of Cameroon User Group.
