Gerakan Lima Bintang (Itali: Movimento 5 Stelle, M5S) ialah sebuah partai politik di Itali. Ia ditubuhkan pada 4 Oktober 2009 by Beppe Grillo, seorang pelawak dan penulis blog; dan Gianroberto Casaleggio, seorang jurustrategi web.[13] Parti ini menjadi parti individu terbesar Parlimen Itali serta turut memasuki pemerintah negara tersebut setelah meraih keputusan dalam Pilihanraya yang berlamgsung pada tahun 2018.[14]
