CDP-diacilglicerol—holin O-fosfatidiltransferaza (EC 2.7.8.24, CDP-diglicerid-holin O-fosfatidiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom CDP-diacilglicerol:holin O-fosfatidiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- CDP-diacilglicerol + holin CMP + fosfatidilholin
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan dvovalentni katjon Mn2+. Enzim funkcioniše u sa Mg2+.
