Ramnogalakturonanska hidrolaza (EC 3.2.1.171, ramnogalakturonaza A, RGaza A, RG-hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ramnogalakturonan alfa-D-GalA-(1->2)-alfa-L-Rha hidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endohidroliza alfa-D-GalA-(1->2)-alfa-L-Rha glikozidne veze u ramnogalakturonan I osnovi sa inicijalnom inverzijom anomerne konfiguracije čime se odvajaju oligosaharidi sa beta-D-GalA ostatkom na redukujućem kraju
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u degradaciji ramnogalakturonana I kod Aspergillus aculeatus.
