Thomas od Bayeuxa (engleski: Thomas of Bayeux; francuski: Thomas de Bayuex; ? - 18. novembar 1100) bio je nadbiskup Yorka od 1070. do smrti.
Rodio se u gradu Bayeux u Normandiji, a obrazovao u Liègeu. Postao je kapelan normandijskog vojvode Guillaumea, kasnije poznatog kao William Osvajač. Nakon što je William osvojio Englesku, Thomasa je imenovao za nasljednika Ealdreda na mjestu nadbiskupa Yorka. Nakon što je izabran, Thomas je došao u sukob sa Lanfrancom, nadbiskupom Canterburyja, koji je od njega zahtijevao zakletvu vjernosti, tvrdeći da je on primas Crkve u Engleskoj. Kada je Thomas to odbio, Lanfranc ga je odbio posvetiti. Spor je privremeno riješio kralj William nagovorivši Thomasa da popusti. Dva nadbiskupa su se, međutim, i nakon toga nastavili sporiti oko crkvenih pitanja, odnosno nadležnosti nad biskupijama i načina na koji York mora izraziti svoju potčinjenost Canterburyju.
Nakon što je kralj William I umro, Thomas je služio kao savjetnik njegovog sina i nasljednika Williama II, te je pomogao ugušiti pobunu koju je organizirao njegov stari mentor, biskup Odo od Bayeuxa. Nakon pobune je Thomas sudjelovao u suđenju Williamu de St-Calaisu, svom sufraganskom biskupu [[biskup Durhama|Durhama]. Za vrijeme vladavine Williama II je ponovno izbio sukob oko toga tko je primas Engleske, ovog puta sa novim canterburyjskim nadbiskupom Anselmom. Kada je 1100. u lovu stradao kralj William II, Thomas je zakasnio na ceremoniju krunidbe njegovog brata Henryja I. Umro je nekoliko dana kasnije.
