[සංස්කරණය]{{PAGESINCATEGORY|Featured articles}}gives 0{{PAGESINCATEGORY|Featured articles|R}}gives 0 (no commas)
This behaviour is the same as (and uses) the WP:Magic word "PAGESINCATEGORY". The only exception is that if no parameter is used, the current pagename is used as the parameter.
