The band was former in 2004, in the year 2006 the band released debut album, ''Dying Is Your Latest Fashion''. With the new frontman Craig Mabbitt (Former [[Blessthefall]] vocalist) the band released the album ''This War Is Ours'' in October 2008. In the 2010, the band released the third album, ''Escape The Fate'', in november.

Escape the Fate is an American post-hardcore band from Las Vegas, Nevada.

The band was formed in 2004, in 2005 they won a radio competition to open for My Chemical Romance which led to a signing to Epitaph Records.
