Harry Kurt Victor Mulisch (July 29, 1927 – October 30, 2010) was a Dutch author. He wrote more than 30 works. His books were translated into more than 20 languages. His most famous book is The Discovery of Heaven.

Mulisch was born in Haarlem and lived in Amsterdam from 1958 until the end of his life.
