I'm going to weakly say Delete for now. It's plausible this person could have SIGCOV, but in English-language sources, I don't see it. The reason for contesting the quick delete also seems suggestive of promotion. JustarandomamericanALT (talk) 17:34, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
