Robert Walter Kasten Jr. (born June 19, 1942) is an American Republican politician. He was a U.S. Representative from 1975 to 1979 and a United States Senator from 1981 to 1993, representing Wisconsin.
In 1985, Kasten was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Washington, D.C..[1]
