As Master Gunner of the Tidal Wave, Brimstone's sycophantic loyalty to Captain Cannonball was noted many times by Tornado and others.

During the skirmish with the monster of the Demon's Maw, Brimstone fired the ship's proton missiles and rail gun batteries deep down the beast's gullet on Cannonball's command.

Brimstone dispatched Tornado to the surface of Ventax II to disable the inhabitants' early warning systems. He later joined Cannonball and the Star Seekers in raiding the planet itself.

His loyalty to Cannonball led Brimstone to establish a network of hidden surveillance cameras throughout the Tidal Wave to monitor potential dissidents and mutineers, with mixed results: Ferak kept finding and disabling the cameras in his workshop, while even monitoring the Hunter from a safe distance gave Brimstone a haunted feeling. After using advanced transwarp mathematics to travel through time, Cannonball led Brimstone and the Star Seekers on a raid of the future Autobot outpost Galadria to access its space bridge nexus. Warping into the heart of Unicron's severed head, Cannonball intended to use the planet-eater's systems to drain Cybertron dry of energon. The Star Seekers were opposed by the Cybertronian Knights, and so Brimstone lent his rail gun mode to Scorponok to ward them off. Hoist the Flag

Tornado's log indicated that Brimstone and Scorponok escaped capture by the Knights and made it back to the Tidal Wave, but Tornado opined that Scorponok may have taken that opportunity to mutiny. Although Cannonball eventually escaped and was back in control of the Tidal Wave, later logs referred to Scorponok's former quarters and made no mention of Brimstone at all. Indeed, when Flamewar abandoned Cannonball's disembodied spark and those loyal to him on a barren planetoid, Brimstone was specifically not mentioned among the loyalists. • Pirate Brimstone (BotCon 2014 souvenir add-on)
    • Accessories: Sword, Large Sword, Gun
Timelines "Pirate Brimstone" is a redeco of Generations Deluxe Class Air Raid, itself a retool of Generations Shockwave. Brimstone transforms into a Cybertronian jet and has a deco that homages Cybertron Brimstone. He comes with all the accessories that Air Raid comes with.
As a feature that was not documented in the instructions, both of Brimstone's swords can also combine into a "triple blade" sword, with the smaller sword splitting at the blade, and the hilt being pegged into the larger sword's post. The 5mm post on his chest plate allows him to be wielded by larger figures in vehicle mode, so you can recreate his team-up with Scorponok.
Brimstone is bagged with Pirate Hunter.
