“I really wanted to do it the proper way in front of people because you like to hear people laugh at your jokes,” Kimmel says. “Also, the drama that goes along with a couple of hundred people watching the action happen is an important part of the show. In the latest Christmas episode of The Osbournes Podcast, Kelly told her parents, Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne, and her brother, Jack Osbourne, her holiday wishlist.

Toward the end of the hour-plus episode, Jack Osbourne brought up the reality show (which ran from 2002 to 2005), and asked the family whether it had a “positive or negative effect on everyone’s mental health.”

Kelly Osbourne immediately said it had a “massive negative effect” on her mental health, explaining that it was difficult having people judge everything she said and did on a daily basis. “It made me so insecure,” she added.
