When Nardo Denning turns the Thunderbird around and tries to run down Meg, the fender skirt on the passenger side flies off. A later shot of the car as it pursues her shows the skirt still in place.
After Ben is freed from under the giant boulder, he has extreme difficulty walking. But the next day, when he is gathering money from the stream and later as he carries Margaret, he walks without even limping a little and even runs without difficulty. It's not likely that he could completely recover from such a serious injury overnight without medical treatment.
Denning parks his car in front of the hotel next to a 50s sedan and a 40s fastback sedan. When Cameron later arrives with his Checy pickup, Dennings car is gone although he and Mrs Cameron are still at the hotel. When Cameron leaves the hotel with his Chevy Denning's car is where the Chevy should have been.
When Anthony Quinn dumps his truck, he drives it at an upward angle towards the edge of the sharp drop. He then jumps out of the truck. Even though he is no longer able to push down on the gas pedal (because he is no longer in the driver's seat, no longer even in the truck), the truck continues, even accelerates, going up the incline, thereby defying gravity. In fact, the truck would have slowed to a stop before reaching the edge. Obviously, the director did not want Quinn to push his luck and had him bail out well before the edge. But in doing so, it is obvious the truck was too far from the edge for it to have gotten to and over the edge.
During the long hike thru woods, desert and mountains Denning, Mr and Mrs Cameron spend nights at a fire and suffer a thunderstorm. Their clothes are impeccable, though, as are the faces of the men who show no beards after several days without shaving - and without a laundry.
