Goofs
Commander Reece is having an MRI examination of the brain. For this type of examination a kind of cage, the coil, for recording the image data is placed around the head. Also the head is secured with foam padding to avoid unintentional motion. He is lying in the machine without a head coil or any kind of securing of the head to avoid movements. In the control room there is a monitor to be seen briefly with a CT-scan.

Lighting is a big fail

Hope you're not trying to be artistic or set "a tone" with such poor lighting...it's not working ! Even home and outdoor scenes hard to watch. Unnatural.
