Ghost Recon: Phantoms (2014)
pay to win
For starters I have been playing this game for say 3 months or so now and I have really enjoyed it thus far. It is one of the best tactical shooters I have ever played, but it is not without its flaws. First and foremost, it is a Pay 2 Win game. That is right!, to get the best gear, devices and weapons right from the rip you would almost certainly need to buy them to be at a fair advantage with veterans. I myself first started and grinded out my first Tier 4 weapons, if you can not afford to buy the weapons then you can expect to play 20 hours or more grinding to Tier 4 on one character. That part is fine if you are a hardcore type of person, but it will take the average gamer forever and a day to do it. Once you reach Tier 4 and you have at least a Tier 3 Tac suit with upgrades you can now begin to compete somewhat that is.
Renegade X (2014)
Addictive game
If you are a Command and Conquer Tiberium Series fan or just a fan of the original Command and Conquer Renegade, this is the next game for you. The game has great graphics, a new mission system, updated and new weapons and realistic accuracy (if you have played the Original Command and Conquer Renegade, you would understand (The weapons in the Original Renegade had no recoil, making it impossibly easy)). The game even uses some of the original voices from the Original Renegade and of course is completely Independently made! The game itself is kind of short on missions and could use a few more weapons and easter eggs or secret caches though. Overall though, It's a great game. Get it and be sure to write reviews and make suggestions.
Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare (2014)
Limited yet fun game
It's a very cute game, and even if you lose the match, the points awarded are nearly the same, so there's little reason to get upset. The characters are varied and play differently, and once you unlock all of the abilities, it becomes hero-based arena combat just like Overwatch or TF2. I found the characters to be very well balanced, and with some amount of luck even a healer (flower) can end up racking some vanquishes as well as providing healer support. There are two major modes, vanquish (team deathmatch) and "capture the base" mode, which can be played with character customization on or off. Cons: So there are two major issues I have with the game and reason why I'm not giving it a 10. First, the "capture the base" mode is highly unbalanced. The attacking team (zombies) have a ton of advantages - they have help of NPCs, the capture progress does not reset, and there's a generous amount of time to capture each point. It would make a lot more sense if the capture progress would swing back if the plants repel the attacker wave. As is, if you are on the attacking team, it's usually a steam roll forward, if you are on the defending team, it's usually constant fall back. Not fun. So really, the only good mode is team vanquish.
Loadout (2014)
Lots of monetization
A pretty fun game and great that it's free. However the monetisation mechanic in this game is a kind of standard annoying one where you'll be able to buy very limited amount of customisation with the in game currency. The weapons you can create are cool but without paying for items you'll have to rack up a lot of hours in order to get the gun you really want. The character designs and quirky and make the game feel quite unique along with it's hyper violence, but it's still not an amazing game. A fun free game that you should pick up if you've got no money to spend.it's not CoD, Battlefield, Team Fortress 2 or Counter Strike in terms of multiplayer, but it's a nice little distraction if you are bored of your other games.
Inversion (2012)
Very boring
Gonna be honest, I only played the single player for a few minutes, though to be fair, the opening cut scene did absolutely nothing to get me invested in the setting, the characters, or whatever the plot was. Just you and another dude driving then some things explode and suddenly your playing Gears of War with normal sized people. Yay? The multiplayer, lack of an advertised yet absent split-screen aside, was just as boring because I only saw exactly 3 other people trying to play this travesty and played exactly one game of deathmatch, meant for 8 people, with just one other person. I spent most of the match just looking for my adversary and not using the gravity gimmick at all save for floating to and from cover in certain sections. This game could have been just okay or even hilariously bad, but instead it's just very very bland and no one will ever remember it come next month.
Fuse (2013)
Room for improvement
A friend and I bought this game together and played it co-op, so I didn't get a chance to play the campaign single player. Don't think I'd want to. You work as a team of 4 - something that I realise is becoming a very generic amount - to stop the bad guys from using a chemical named 'FUSE'. As you progress, you pick up skill points with which you can improve your stats and learn new abilities, which really adds to the excitement of the game. Although, we didn't seem to use the extra abilities all that much, but maybe that was just us. But once you learn to use your character well, it becomes really easy and a lot of fun to kill massive hordes of enemies. And, on the off chance that you get bored of your character, you can switch to any other member of the team. I feel that the game should have done a little more to make you have to switch player and perform tasks according to the ability of each character - I didn't feel as if switching character was a necessity, just a thing you could do if it got a little monotonous for you. And it does get pretty monotonous at times. Complete a wave of enemies, go forward a couple of room, complete another wave of enemies, pick up some ammo, complete another wave of enemies, chapter complete. Some of the chapters were a little dull and repetitive but the enjoyment of using your character's gun really offsets that, so you don't feel it all the much, it's fun. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement, but I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking to play a fun all-out shooter with a friend.
Tap Wars: Chikyuu boueigun 4.1 (2015)
Surprise Entry
This game was a complete surprise, it was ridiculously fun as I played through it with one buddy online. There were countless times we just took a moment to say 'God, I love this game'. It's just fun. Fun because its levels are varied, it's weapons keep coming and coming and very often feel 'different' even though it's your 7th shotgun, mindless but requiring you to always think, fun. The difficulties actually -work- for a game like this. Playing level 12 on Hard or Insane? Makes level 12 fun all over again. And you get a whole new range of weapons that you'll end up using on the later levels on Normal, that sorta thing.

Good game but can do better
I really love the series, and it is still a lots of fun fighting aliens and giant insects. The RPG elements are more present than ever, weapons can now level up, you can still choose between 4 classes and replay the missions at higher difficulties to loot new weapons and upgrade your armor. Some things have been improved, like the loadings between missions which are very short now, or enemies that are leaving huge blood splatters and now have visual damage effects and dismemberment. There are plenty of missions and the game seems to be very, very long. There is an on-line mode and you can also do split-screen 2 players coop. It is easily one of the best entry in the series, however, i am very disappointed with the technical part. The screen tearing is very annoying (no V-Sync) on any outside mission, and the frame-rate is not flawless.
Chikyuu boueigun 4 (2013)
Mediocre game
You have to do a lot of walking around and scavenging in the game to unlock items and with one character type this can take ages. In fact, getting through any level with this character feels like it takes forever. I feel the game can also be a tad bit annoying. Here's why: You pick up many weapons crates on the hardest difficulty and almost get to the end, you die. You now have to not only restart the entire level, but also you don't get the loot And to top that off you can get many duplicates of the same weapon, and you don't even know what you get until the end of the level. So that means the game has grinding for weapons if you want a specific one, also you don't even know what you're getting so you can't just quit and restart until you get it. Moving on to the gameplay the game is actually fun and enjoyable. Besides a few minor glitches the game didn't have any major glitches. The loading is horrible though and it takes a really long time even to load cutscenes.
