英格兰足球超级联赛金手套奖是英格兰足球超级联赛的一个奖项，每年颁发一次，颁给在当赛季英超联赛中完成最多次零封的守门员。在足球中，零封指的是守门员在一整场比赛中保持不失球。2004-05赛季至2015-16赛季，该奖项由巴克莱银行赞助，因此也被称为巴克莱金手套奖；2017-18赛季后，该奖项改由吉百利赞助，因而称吉百利金手套奖。

英格兰足球超级联赛创立于1992年，当时英格兰甲级联赛的球队脱离了英格兰足球联赛系统，建立了一个商业上独立的联赛，自主与转播商和赞助商谈判[1]。一开始，金手套奖每赛季只颁发给一名球员，如果有几名球员零封场次相同，那么出场次数更少的球员将会得奖[2]。但从2013-14赛季开始，零封场次相同的球员会共同获得金手套奖[3]。
