Reggae singer Tarrus Riley and dancehall princess Shenseea have taken social media by storm following the release of their catchy new single Lighter.
After receiving flack from fans about alleged use of autotune, Shenseea took to Instagram to belt out the high notes of the chorus, prompting an online singing challenge.
She encouraged fans to upload videos of themselves covering the song.
The internet has since been flooded with video of participants including vocal powerhouse Tessanne Chin.
Tami Chin and husband Wanye Marshall, Protoje and dancehall singer Teejay also took part in the challenge.
The song, which is featured on Riley's new album Healing, is produced by international music producer Russian.
Lighter has been in the top 5 on a number of Apple Music charts in countries including Barbados, Belize, Cayman, Dominica, Grenada and Trinidad & Tobago.
