Vida temprana

Manoux nació col nome de Jean-Paul Christopher Manoux en Fresno, California y creció en Santa Bárbara, California, siendo'l mayor de siete hermanos.

Carrera

Manoux empezó trabayando como mimu. Unu de los sos primeros papeles frente a les cámares foi na serie de variedaes de curtia duración The Wayne Brady Show, onde faía de stripper gai. Otros trabayos en cine, televisión y anuncios publicitarios inclúin campañes recién pa Got Milk? y les tiendes de ropa Fruit on the Loom. Interpretó a S.T.A.N., l'androide de la serie orixinal de Disney XD Aaron Stone. Trabayó na serie ER mientres dos temporaes como'l ciruxanu Dustin Crenshaw. Amás, tuvo los papeles de Curtis el cavernícola y el Vice direutor Hackett na serie de Disney Channel Phil del futuru.

Dirixó episodios d'Aaron Stone y Phil del futuru y tuvo pequeñes apaiciones a manera de cameo en dos películes de Michael Bay: Transformers, como un home entrevistáu na televisión y en The Island, onde retrata a un clon mentalmente subdesendolcáu.

Ye un residente permanente en Canadá, y estrema el so tiempu ente Los Angeles y Toronto, onde trabaya nuna sitcom de la cadena CTV llamada Spuns Out.

Arresto

El 27 de xineru de 2015 Manoux foi arrestáu pola policía de Toronto, onde taba morando, por un cargu de voyeurismo. Él mesmu declaró culpable d'instalar cámares de video nun departamentu qu'arrendaba a dos muyeres. Salió en llibertá a les poques hores cola condición de volver presentase nel xulgáu.
