Spisak dobitnika Nobelove nagrade za ekonomiju obuhvata sve laureate u periodu od 1969. do danas.[1] Iako nije jedna od pet Nobelovih nagrada osnovana testamentom Alfreda Nobela 1895,[2] obično se naziva Nobelova nagrada za ekonomiju[3] i njome upravlja zajedno sa Nobelovim nagradama Nobelova fondacija.[4] Dobitnici nagrade za ekonomiju biraju se na sličan način kao i za ostale Nobelove nagrade. Nagradu za ekonomiju također dodjeljuje Kraljevska švedska akademija nauka na ceremoniji dodjele pet Nobelovih nagrada.[2][5] Dodjeljuje se istraživačima u oblasti ekonomskih nauka a finansira je Sveriges Riksbank.[6] Nagrada je ustanovljena u sjećanje na Alfreda Nobela.

Prva nagrada dodijeljena je 1969. Ragnaru Frischu i Janu Tinbergenu.[7] Svaki primalac dobija medalju, diplomu i novčanu nagradu koja je varirala tokom godina.[8] Frisch i Tinbergen su 1969. dobili ukupno 375.000 švedskih kruna, što je ekvivalentno 2.871.041 švedskih kruna u decembru 2007.
